In 2008 the Chamber of Commerce revealed plans to build a headquarters building on Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority property at 4th and Broadway designed by Frankfurt Short Bruza. The property will feature a green-glass building with a plaza and video board. The building has been met with criticism because of its relatively suburban style site plan.
