The Momemtum Market was renovated in 2006 and is now the home of several offices and the Graduate Nursing Program of Oklahoma Baptist University. Developers have mentioned the possibility of adding a third and fourth floor to the main building to expand the space.

2 The Flatiron R+O+Rt 5 Proposed 19 29,000 commercial

Grant Humphreys has been planning this structure for a couple of years now. The development utilizes the existing one-story brick flatiron shaped building and fills the rest of the lot with new construction at five stories. The project will include plenty of retail, developers are shooting for a market, and some office space. A glass elevator will provide a lift to a rooftop garden.

3 Block 42 R 5 Complete 42

A Grant Humphreys project, Block 42 is a building with a combination of townhomes and flats, completed in 2008. It features a green plaza area in front with a fountain, private parking, and a good location. The building was also the first LEED certified urban housing project in the city, giving it a distinguished level of environmental friendliness.

4 Central Avenue Villas R 4 Complete 30

TAP Architecture's Anthony McDermid built Central Avenue Villas as part of the company's Triangle Master Plan. It features reasonably priced residential units.

5 Deep Deuce Apartments R 3 Complete 294

One of the pioneering residential developments in the urban area of Oklahoma City, the development was completed in 2001. The construction of Deep Deuce may have marked a turning point in downtown OKC. Among the nearly 300 residential units there is a clubhouse with a swimming pool and private parking. The apartments led to the renovation of several historic buildings in the neighborhood, including the Haywood Building, now Deep Deuce Grill.

6 The Hill R Under Construction 157

The Hill is an 11-acre townhome development with 25 different floorplans, a park, and a "Town Hall" clubhouse. Townhomes range from 1600-3517 square feet. The development was chosen by OCURA in a request for proposals in 2005 over two other proposals- an apartment complex known as Alta Bricktown and a retail/residential development called Ellison on the Park.

7 The Brownstones at Maywood Park R+Rt Phase 1 Complete 20

The Brownstones at Maywood Park are a Triangle development by TAP Architecture. 20 Brownstones, a corner retail space, and a small park featuring an abstract sculpture called "Live, Work, Play" are included in the development. The brownstones, up to 3.5 stories and 3,500 square feet each, are being sold with unfinished exteriors to allow buyers the flexibility to arrange their space with a wide array of amenities.

8 The Leslie R Proposed 48

Another TAP Architecture development, the Leslie is a row of brownstone-style homes situated between the Brownstones and Lofts at Maywood Park. The cheaper residences will start at $99,900 and 560 square feet and go up to $266,000 for 1330 square feet. They will be centered on a narrow street called Leslie Place which will act as a courtyard.

9 Lofts at Maywood Park R+Rt+O Under Construction 55

Another TAP development, the Lofts at Maywood Park feature 55 lofts ranging from 578-1291 square feet and $124,000-$296,000. The development also includes underground parking and 30,000 square feet of commercial space.
